We are excited to announce your server (FMEOS-Linux-1) is scheduled to be migrated onto a brand new server, on Monday, October 23rd, 2023.

This upgrade will bring with it newer, faster hardware, and the latest AlmaLinux 8 operating system ensuring that this server and our valued clients will have the latest security & product updates from cPanel and other vendors for years to come. This upgrade will also bring with it the ability to support the latest PHP versions (PHP 8.0, 8.1 & 8.2).

As a result of the migration process the IP addresses presently assigned to all accounts will change. Customers with accounts on the old IP address will be assigned the new IP address post-migration. Customers who presently have dedicated IP addresses assigned to their accounts will receive a new dedicated IP address. You can find the new IP address of your account from the account area.

Those clients who are utilizing our default name servers or those who have custom (personal) name servers created using the IP values will automatically have the IP address assigned to their account updated after the migration completes. Those customers using custom nameservers like registrar's/Cloudflare nameservers etc have to replace the old server IP on those nameservers with the new one.

Clients using the current server hostname as their incoming/outgoing mail server in their email client configurations need to change it and update the incoming/outgoing mail server to a new hostname.

Clients who are using mail.DOMAINNAME.COM or DOMAINNAME.COM (replacing "DOMAINNAME.COM" with their actual domains) as their incoming/outgoing mail server in their email client configurations can continue to use it. Still, they need to be prepared to accept the SSL certificate mismatch warning since their domain name does not match the hostname of the SSL certificate installed for the mail server.
